As a freelance copywriter, I have the privilege of copywriting for organizations that transform lives and personally touch my heart. StreetLight USA has been one of those organizations where I just sit back and thank God for the people running this nonprofit facility. As I watch this video where I partnered up with Axiom Media Productions, I couldn't be more proud of the final product. Even though I helped with the video scripting, I watch the video with a fresh set of lenses each and every time and can't help but get teary eyed. So thankful.... {StreetLight USA is a national, non-profit organization based in Phoenix, Arizona with the goal to stop child rape. At StreetLight, they do this through awareness, prevention and direct care services through a residential program that gets girls off the streets and into a safe environment where they can move forward with healing.}

One of my latest projects was to create content for a social media webpage promoting Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube for a local mega church that meets on three different campuses. Here is the final product.

E-Marketing | CCV Scottsdale Campus

My latest project was to create text for an online newsletter updating potential church members on the progress and status of a new church location. CCV is one church in several locations. The newsletter was to highight construction progress as well as bring a personal touch by recognizing some of the staff involved.

Print Collateral | CCV Bio

This latest project was to create a two-page print collateral for the church to use to send to media and other organizations that would documents the church's growth and act as a biography. This piece came together really nice with some graphics.

My latest project with 1 Mission was to edit script for a 3-minute video promoting this unique ministry. I always enjoy working for them and pray that others will be compelled to support this ministry. It's been a blessing to come alongside them and watch this ministry grow and do good things for so many people.

My latest project is writing for a local dentist on his practice's website. The articles are all dental related and informational. This is been a fun assignment as it goes hand in hand with my dental marketing part-time job.

I was able to join forces with One Mission to help create a compelling script that would urge people to creatively raise money in order to build homes and sustain communities in Rocky Point, Mexico. This was a fun project and the videographers did a tremendous job!

Online Newsletter: Relationship-Based Marketing

One of my monthly projects is to research and write a short article for a dental consultant who sends out an eblast to valley dentists. This month's marketing tip was on the importance of relationship-based marketing.

I recently had the opportunity to rewrite the website content for my graphic artist friend, Ryan Little. He is quite talented and work with him closely on several projects a year. Ryan wanted a simple, professional website to promote his graphic design and photography freelance business. Check out RL Media to see some of his projects. 

Online Newsletter: Social Dental Marketing

Every month I will be creating an emailed newsletter with a dental marketing tip. This was my first assignment and I wrote about using social media as a means of marketing. Using services like Constant Contact is a great way to create a personalized email to your contacts.

One of my latest projects was to create website copy for a creative technology company. The techincal side of writing combined with a more casual approach helped to build and challenge my skill set. Pride-Media is on the cutting edge of innovation and technology so it was a fun project to work on.

Check out calmministries.org to see the website that I helped create. The old format is a night and day difference from the new, simple and sleek website we put together. I'm so proud to write for such a wonderful organization.

Brochure: CALM

Several months ago, I had the pleasure of writing text for CALM also known as Christian African Leadership Ministry. My heart has been drawn to this ministry and the more I write about it, the more passion I feel for this organization and the heart of their mission. One of the projects that I completed was creating a brochure. This print collateral piece will be used as their main means of promoting the ministry and seeking outside participation and sponsorships.

I was asked to quickly write up some text to make a website live within a matter of days. This was a fun assignment as I was diving into new territory and exploring a whole new culture. The website needed to promote an upcoming event -- the Romanian Festival 2010 -- as well as set itself up to me an online community for Romanians living in the northwest valley of Phoenix.

Hope 4 Kids International

This was a fun project writing the video script for Hope4Kids International, a ministry that helps rescue children from the grips of AIDS and extreme poverty. Make a difference with your life and rescue another's!

Direct Mailer: Aspen Chiropractic & Wellness Center

Aspen Chiropractic is expanding and asked me to create a postcard mailer for local residents to make them aware of the new women's healthcare addition to their practice. I designed the layout and wrote the text for the postcard on Vista Print. We ended up ordering 1,500 postcards.

Yay, it's here! This is my first attempt at writing video script with a political agenda. It turned out awesome.
